Le Boisé (1993-1995)

Montclair built one of the first prestigious condominium projects at Mont-Tremblant in the early 90s, at the very beginning of the development of this world renowned ski area by Intrawest. Le Boisé, with its 28 townhouses, is located right on the ski trail «Chalumeau».
